At Wait4trip, we strive to maintain absolute transparency regarding agency subscription plans, pay-per-feature modular top-ups, and payment processing. Please review our refund guidelines below.
1 Overview & Scope
Wait4trip is a travel marketplace platform connecting travelers with verified travel agencies. Our platform processes digital transactions for:
- Travel Agent Subscription Membership Plans (e.g. Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
- Pay-Per-Feature Modular Top-Ups (Customer Lead Packs, Featured Package Listings, Chat Storage Limits).
- Traveler Package Enquiries & Direct Bookings (Handled directly with verified travel agents).
2 Agent Subscription Plans & Modular Top-Ups
A. Modular Top-Ups (Pay-Per-Feature)
Payments for modular feature top-ups (such as purchasing individual lead views, featured package slots, or additional chat storage blocks) are for instant digital allocations.
- Once feature credits or slots are applied to an agent's account, top-up purchases are non-refundable.
- Purchased feature credits do not expire and remain active on your agency account until used.
B. Subscription Plans
Agents can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscription plan renewals at any time via the Agent Dashboard.
- Subscription fees already paid for an active billing cycle are generally non-refundable.
- If you request a plan cancellation mid-cycle, your account will maintain active plan benefits until the current billing cycle expires.
3 Payment Gateway Glitches & Double Billing
If you encounter technical issues during payment via Cashfree or banking partners, we offer full support and protection:
- Double Charges: If your account is billed twice for a single transaction, the extra amount will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Debited Without Credit: If funds were debited from your bank account but feature credits were not updated due to a network timeout, our automated Cashfree webhook reconciliation will activate your feature limits automatically or issue a full refund within 3 business days.
4 Traveler Package Bookings
Wait4trip provides an enquiry and discovery platform for custom travel packages. Package bookings, travel arrangements, advance deposits, and trip cancellations are executed directly between the traveler and the chosen verified travel agency. Each agency operates its own booking cancellation policy, which will be provided to you by the agent before confirming your booking.
